Established in 2023, Synmed Care Medical & Community Health Services provides mobile lab services, wellness screenings, and care coordination across Maryland and the DMV. We bring healthcare directly to homes, facilities, and communities—helping reduce missed appointments and improve access to care.

As a CLIA-waived provider with certified expertise, we deliver reliable, high-quality services with professionalism and compassion. More than a service provider, we partner with organizations to keep individuals connected, supported, and on track with their health. Screening. Caring. Supporting. Connecting.
